ANA Constitutes Caretaker Committee For Ekiti State

 

ANA CONSTITUTES CARETAKER COMMITTEE FOR EKITI STATE

 


The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) has constituted a new Caretaker Committee for the Ekiti State chapter of the Association.

The Association’s National Publicity Secretary (South), Wole Adedoyin, disclosed this in a statement issued by the General Secretary of the Association, Maik Ortserga in Makurdi on Friday.

The new State Caretaker Committee, according to the Statement, is chaired by Olamilekan David Okebiorun, Adebobola Victor Ademayowa as Vice Chairman, Hannah Ojo as General Secretary, Happiness Olomu as Ass. Gen. Secretary, Olapeju Atere as Treasurer, Oluwapelumi Jegede as PRO, Olalekan Shuaib as Financial Secretary and lastly Owolabi Ayodeji Daniel as Welfare Secretary.

The caretaker committee is to start immediately and work towards conducting elections and returning the chapter to its glorious past.

“By this appointment, they are expected to provide effective leadership for our Association by ensuring its growth and development in terms of membership drive, promotion of reading culture in Ekiti State in line with the constitution of the Association, the statement added.  

ANA finally wished the newly appointed Caretaker Committee a fruitful tenure.
